  • Use sensory play, music, movement, visuals, and therapeutic approaches to inspire engagement

  • Plan and lead sessions in literacy, numeracy, life skills, and creative expression

  • Work collaboratively with the SENDCo, therapists, and specialist teaching assistants

  • Track and celebrate pupil progress against individual EHCP targets

  • Ambitious educators who want to train as teachers long-term while gaining hands-on experience

Why This School?

  • A Catholic ethos rooted in compassion, respect and community - welcoming to all staff and pupils

  • A highly experienced SEND leadership team and strong whole-school support

  • Professional development pathways including SEND qualifications and QTS routes

  • A joyful, creative culture where staff and pupils thrive together
