The Role
As EPA Partnership Manager, you'll:

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

*

Onboard and train new customers, guiding them through the apprenticeship journey

*

Host regular check-ins and review meetings

*

Spot opportunities for improvement and business growth

*

Maintain accurate CRM records and reports

*

Represent the company at industry events and webinars

The Ideal Candidate
You'll be confident, organised, and commercially minded, with:

Experience in apprenticeships or EPA (EPAO, provider, or similar)

*

A track record in managing long-term client accounts

*

Strong communication and presentation skills

*

A proactive, solutions-focused approach

Bonus points if you have knowledge of Ofqual regulations, EPA processes, or CRM systems like HubSpot/Salesforce.
