About the Role:

We're seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic Building Services team. You'll lead mechanical design on a variety of projects across residential, commercial, education, and healthcare sectors. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading mechanical design from concept through to completion
Managing client relationships and mentoring junior engineers
Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, architects, and contractors
Ensuring compliance with UK regulations and sustainability standards
Using industry tools (e.g. Hevacomp, Revit MEP, IES) to develop and review detailed designsWhat We're Looking For:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
Minimum 6-8 years' experience within UK building services
Chartered or working towards chartership (CIBSE/IMechE)
Strong knowledge of current UK building regulations
Confident communicator with leadership capabilityWhat You'll Get:
