We are recruiting an experienced Events Manager to lead large-scale, revenue-driving corporate events across Europe.
This senior role will manage the end-to-end delivery of Conventions, Incentive Trips, Retreats and Hybrid/Digital Events, ensuring commercial impact, budget control, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver the European events strategy and annual business plan
- Full project management from concept to post-event analysis
- Manage budgets, forecasting, supplier negotiations and RFP processes
- Lead venue sourcing, production, on-site event management and show-calling
- Deliver measurable ROI, revenue growth and community engagement
- Line management of Events team member(s)
Required Experience:- 5+ years’ experience in corporate event management
- Proven delivery of large-scale international events
- Strong commercial acumen and financial management
- Experience in B2C, direct-to-consumer, network marketing or high-growth environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%)
