Candidates must have:

* Responsible for overseeing the team's construction activities.

* Planning, coordinating, and assisting in cost control.

* Operating and promoting safe working on site.

* Implementing company requirements and legal regulations.

* Perform and record site inspections.

* Supervising the maintenance of tools and equipments.

* Planning the hire of contract equipment and operators.

* CSCS Gold Card (Supervisor's),

* First Aid and Manual Handling

* SSSTS
