Key Responsibilities:

Programming CNC lathes and mills using Fusion 360 CAM

*

Creating and optimising 5-axis milling programs

*

Setting, operating, and fine-tuning DMG milling machines with Siemens controls

*

Working with Fanuc controls across various machining applications

*

Machining additively manufactured or cast near-net-shape parts

*

Operating within an AS9100 / ISO9001 quality-controlled environment

Key Requirements:

*

Proven experience programming CNC lathes and mills with Fusion 360

*

Hands-on experience with 5-axis milling machines

*

Strong working knowledge of Siemens and Fanuc controls

*

Familiarity with near-net-shape part machining

*

Comfortable working to strict quality standards in a regulated environment
