Are you an experienced Head Chef looking for flexible, temporary assignments? We are seeking skilled professionals to work across Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire in a variety of establishments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations
- Designing and preparing high-quality dishes
- Ensuring all food meets health & safety standards
- Leading and managing kitchen staff
- Managing stock, orders, and supplier relationships
- Ensuring smooth service during busy periods
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Requirements:

- NVQ Level 1 & 2 in Professional Cookery
- Valid Food Safety Certificate
- Own knives & full chef whites
- DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Own transport (essential)
- Previous experience as a Head Chef
