Are you an established HR Generalist who is looking for a new and exciting challenge? If so then look no further! A great and exciting opportunity has just become available for a HR Business Partner to run the daily functions of the HR department whilst ensuring HR best practice.

My client is well established and looking for a HR Business to maintain and further improve the high standards that are embedded throughout their values and service delivery. This service is located in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire.

* Salary - Up to £40,000
* Hours - Monday to Friday 0900 - 1730
* Area - Nottingham, Nottinghamshire
* Permanent position

Responsibilities HR Business Partner

* Guiding management on employee relations and performance management
* Assisting with recruitment processes for all employees, ensuring all onboarding policies are followed.
* Improving, implementing and administering HR policies and procedures such as benefits, training and development etc
* Handling complaints, disputes, investigations and disciplinary procedures for the company
* Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings and terminations including minute taking
* Handle all employment related inquires from applicants, employees, and senior staff members
* Maintain compliance and knowledge of best practices

Skills required HR Business Partner

* Proven experience working of HR processes
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
* Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
* Ability to make important decisions and work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* CIPD Level 5 is required for this role
* Must be a commutable distance from Nottingham, Nottinghamshire.
