Our school is looking for a dedicated and resilient Intervention TA/Manager to support pupils in both Primary and the secondary provision. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely wants to make a difference and is motivated by supporting young people who face significant barriers to learning.

About the Role

Deliver targeted academic, behavioural and emotional interventions

Work collaboratively with teaching and pastoral staff to implement supportive strategies

Support pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis

Help create and maintain a safe, structured and nurturing learning environment

Contribute to behaviour management and de-escalation when required

Provide occasional support across the Secondary provision

What We're Looking For

Someone who wants to work in a PRU and is passionate about making a real impact

Experience in education, SEN, PRU or behavioural settings is beneficial but not essential

Resilience, empathy and strong communication skills

Flexible, reliable, and able to stay calm under pressure

Drivers preferred, but not essential
