Job Description

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting pupils with special educational needs and disabilities in a friendly and inclusive primary school setting. You'll work closely with the SENDCo and classroom teachers to provide one-to-one and small group support, adapt learning resources, and help build a calm, nurturing learning environment where every child can thrive.

Required Experience / Qualifications

Experience supporting children with SEND in an educational or care setting

A proactive, patient, and caring approach

Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships

*

A relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential
