What you'll do:

Lead a team within a school-based nursery room, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment

Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework

Support the development and well-being of each child

Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and the wider team

What we're looking for:

Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or above)

Previous experience in a nursery or school-based early years setting

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

A genuine passion for early childhood education
