About the Role: You will lead a well-supported Year 2 class as part of a collaborative KS1 team in a high-performing, inclusive school. Alongside your teaching responsibilities, the TLR will involve contributing to whole-school improvement through a focused leadership area—curriculum, phase leadership, or subject development, depending on your strengths and interests.
