Conveyancing Assistant - Worcester
Salary: £24,000-£26,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

This is an exciting opportunity to join their welcoming Worcester office in a key support role.
About the Role:
As a Conveyancing Assistant, your role will be to assist in the smooth running and progression of residential property matters. Daily responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming calls and queries with professionalism
- Assisting with the preparation and verification of client care documents
- Conducting ID and source of funds checks for new clients
- Supporting Fee Earners with title checks, contract packs, and redemption statements
- Drafting pre-completion paperwork such as invoices and Statements of Account
- Managing tasks efficiently to maintain service delivery and compliance
- Updating the case management system accurately
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties
- Participating in regular training to support legal knowledge and career growth
