What You'll Need:

Experience supporting children with SEND, particularly ASC, SEMH, or complex learning needs, is preferred but not essential

A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach

Ability to work 1:1 or in small groups to support learning, behaviour, and emotional regulation

Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous but not essential

Early Career Teachers / Newly Qualified Teachers are welcome to apply

Your Responsibilities May Include:

Supporting pupils with SEN in class or in small group interventions

Assisting pupils with tasks according to their EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans)

Supporting literacy, numeracy, and other curriculum-based learning
