We're recruiting a Registered Nurse to join a luxury care and nursing home in Banstead, offering excellent staffing levels, strong leadership support, and real opportunities for career development.

The Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing a defined area of the home, with the authority and accountability to make clinical care decisions. You will coordinate the smooth running of your care area overnight while supporting residents and guiding the care team.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating the day-to-day running of your care area
Providing personal care and nursing support to residents
Offering leadership and guidance to the care team
Managing and administering routine medicationRequirements:
Registered Nurse with active NMC registration
Awareness of CQC regulations
Working knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations
Relevant nursing experience in elderly care

Salary up to £24.00 per hour
Full-time day or night shifts available
Up to 30 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
