Hours: Tuesday-Friday 9am-5.15pm, Saturday 10am-3pm (Sunday & Monday off)

Location: West Molesey, Surrey

Salary: £25,000 + uncapped commission

Job description

We're looking for a Customer Design & Sales Consultant to join a close-knit, friendly showroom team where design flair and customer experience go hand-in-hand. In this role, you'll:

* Deliver expert sales and design consultations to walk-in clients, emails, and phone enquiries

* Guide customers in creating bespoke schemes using your eye for colour, texture, and pattern

* Showcase and promote the full product range and design services, inspiring customers at every stage

* Help drive sales and profitability through genuine connection — no cold calling involved

* Collaborate with colleagues to keep the showroom running smoothly in a positive, team-focused environment

Key skills

* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service

* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

* Energetic, professional, and customer-focused with a warm, engaging approach

* Proactive team player with a passion for achieving targets
