Salary: £23.50 per hour + Excellent Benefits

Location: Worcester, Worcestershire

Hours: 33.75 per week, - Nights only!

We are seeking a confident and compassionate candidate with experience in a nursing home setting who is comfortable working night shifts. You must hold a valid NMC pin and have the right to work in the UK.

Registered Nurse Duties:

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care throughout the night
• Administer medications and treatments in line with NMC guidelines
• Monitor residents’ health and respond promptly to any changes or emergencies
• Complete accurate care records and handovers
• Support and supervise care staff on shift
• Ensure a safe, calm, and comfortable environment for residents
• Carry out night-time checks and care routines
• Liaise with families and external healthcare professionals where required

Registered Nurse Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a nursing home or care home setting
• Confident and competent working night shifts
• Strong clinical skills and ability to manage night-time care independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
