We're seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join a responsive maintenance team working across social housing properties in East London. All properties are within walking distance, making this a convenient and efficient role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties.
Perform a range of tasks including carpentry, tiling, plastering, painting, and basic plumbing.
Ensure high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service.

Requirements

Proven experience in social housing maintenance.
Relevant trade qualifications or strong hands-on experience.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic DBS check required.
