As a General Support Teaching Assistant, youwill:

Work alongside class teachers to support learning across the curriculum
Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils
Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
Support children with additional needs to access learning
Assist with classroom preparation, displays, and admin tasks💡 What We're Looking For

A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience working with children (in a school or other setting) is desirable
A relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage, but not essential🎁 We Offer
