Shift Leader

Location: Leadenhall Street, London, EC3V 4AB
Salary: £60,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 7am-7pm / 7pm-7am (Days & Nights)

We are seeking a professional and reliable Shift Leader to join our team at the prestigious Leadenhall site. The ideal candidate will have strong situational awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver a high standard of service in a busy corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and protect the premises, assets, staff, and visitors

Conduct regular patrols of the site

Manage access control and handle visitor enquiries

Respond to incidents promptly and professionally

Maintain accurate logs and incident reports

Work effectively as part of a team across both day and night shifts

Requirements:

Level 3 qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work 12-hour shifts (days and nights)

High level of professionalism and reliability
