Title: CAD / Revit Coordinator (Electrical)
Location: Lancashire
Type: Contract
Our client, a world leading organisation in the pharmaceutical, life science and healthcare sectors, creating cleanrooms and laboratories, is looking for a Revit Coordinator (Electrical) on a contract/permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
* Interpreting and representing the design from concept stages through to detailed design
* Produce detailed design and coordinated drawings
* Creation of highquality schematic layout drawings
* Creating and scaling Viewport
* Using XREF's
* Layer Control, Lineweights, Blocks and Attributes, Plot configuration
* Creation of fully coordinated MEP services
* Good knowledge of BIM and BIM Processes & Standards
* Knowledge of BIM and BIM Processes & Standards
* Working with Templates, Titleblocks and shared parameters and project parameters
* Exporting models out of Revit into other formats for file exchanges
* Authoring CAD drawings
* Undertake detailed onsite surveys producing information that can be used for the creation of “As-Built” Revit models / 2D drawings
* Preparation of Documentation / Transmittals for statutory submission
* Work in line with our accredited quality assurance procedures ISO 9001 - 2015
Requirements:
* Minimum ONC or equivalent in a relevant sector qualification
* Clean Full UK Driving Licence
* Experienced in production of design and coordination of turnkey projects including construction, HVAC, mechanical and electrical works.
* Experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare markets is preferred
* Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems and procedures.
* Knowledge and experience with AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Knowledge of the CDM regulations
