We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, large domiciliary care provider. This is an exciting opportunity for a Workforce Development Lead to take full ownership of leading a team of 6 Regional Trainers and strengthening the organisation's care training content to ensure it is scalable and commercially viable for external providers.
 
What's on offer:

£40,000-£50,000.
29 days' annual leave (21 days + bank holidays).
Strong operational support from central office.
 
Workforce Development Lead Responsibilities:

Leading and mentoring a team of six Regional Trainers across multiple branches.
Reviewing and developing high-quality, CQC-compliant training materials and frameworks.
Ensuring consistency in training delivery nationwide.
Designing and implementing scalable learning and development strategies.
Supporting new service launches through tailored workforce development plans.
Collaborating with senior leadership to align training with business growth plans.
Preparing the training function for potential external delivery and income generation.
 
Workforce Development Lead Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within the care sector.
Proven track record in managing training teams and developing care-specific learning content.
Excellent understanding of CQC expectations and workforce compliance.
Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Valid UK Driving Licence.
