About the Role

We are seeking a Transport Administrator to join our busy transport office. You will play a key role in supporting the transport team with day-to-day administration, ensuring customer collections are managed efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Enter customer collection requests into the system.

*

Rearrange collections with customers when required.

*

Provide customers with collection ETAs upon request.

*

Support the wider transport team with general administrative tasks.

What You'll Need to Succeed

*

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

*

Excellent communication skills for dealing with both customers and colleagues.

*

Good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.

*

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

*

Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment is desirable but not essential.
