We're currently recruiting for an experienced Print Finisher to join a well-established and busy print company based in Swindon.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who knows their way around a finishing department and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

The Role:
You'll be responsible for the finishing of printed materials, ensuring all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a key role within the production team where attention to detail really matters.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operating guillotines, folding machines, and stitching equipment

* Ensuring all finished products meet quality standards

* Working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment

* Maintaining equipment and keeping work areas tidy

* Supporting the wider production team as required

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in print finishing is essential

* Strong working knowledge of guillotining, folding, and stitching

* Good attention to detail and quality control

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Reliable and hardworking with a good attitude

What's On Offer:

* Salary between £30,000 and £32,000 depending on experience

* Stable, full-time position
