HR Manager to take full ownership of HR operations. This is a senior, hands-on role with accountability for employment law compliance, CQC standards, Home Office sponsorship obligations, employee relations, payroll oversight, and HR team leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the HR function and team
- Oversee recruitment compliance (Right to Work, DBS, COS)
- Act as senior lead on disciplinary, grievance, and absence cases
- Ensure audit-ready HR records (CQC & Home Office)
- Oversee payroll accuracy and HR reporting
- Maintain training compliance and workforce data
About You- Strong senior HR experience
- Solid knowledge of employment law and workforce compliance
- Confident handling ER cases independently
- Experience managing an HR team
- Care sector experience desirable
