Project Quantity Surveyor - Hybrid role - Site based & Working from Home - Sites all around London

Our client are a commercial fitout contractor that are looking for an experienced and established Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team delivering new build and refurbishments of nurseys, residential new builds, and retail projects.

Important details for a Quantity Surveyor applying for this role:

Minimum 2 years experience

Experience with both traditional JCT contracts and D&B contracts

Use to dealing with tendering/take offs and risks involved with contracts

*

60-65k salary + package and travel

*

Reporting into the Commercial Director and the Senior Quantity Surveyor
