Fortis Recruitment Solutions are working exclusively with a precision engineering company based in the Biggin Hill are to recruit an assembly technician to join their team. The assembly technician will be experienced in mechanical assembly and fitting as well as brazing. You will need to have worked in highly regulated environments and have great attention to detail.

This position is 37.5 hrs / week over 4 days (Mon - Thurs) and you will need to be able to gain a Baseline security vetting. The assembly technician comes with 25 days holiday, an improved pension offering amongst other benefits.

The Role

* Manufacturing assemblies and sub -assemblies to documentation

* Contribute to continuous improvement of Lean manufacturing processes

* Maintain documentation fully completed and presentable to Clients

* Experience in precision mechanical assembly and fitting

* Experience brazing

* Ability to read engineering drawings
