Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert HR advice and support to school leadership teams.
• Assist with recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and school policies.
• Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance staff well-being and productivity.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR advisory roles from any industry
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, ideally with a CIPD qualification or relevant experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple schools' HR needs.
