We're recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee a CAT B office refurbishment in Stoke-on-Trent. You'll be leading a team of 10 operatives, ensuring smooth delivery, safety compliance and high-quality standards throughout the project.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience managing fit-out projects

   

• Confident overseeing teams and coordinating trades

   

• Procore knowledge highly advantageous

   

• Strong communicator with a hands-on approach

   

Required Certifications:

• SMSTS

   

• Fire Safety

   

• Asbestos Awareness
