A Central London law firm is looking for a legal cashier to join their accounts department. The position will be supporting the accounts manager and completing the day-to-day tasks of the department.

The Role

Responsibilities of the role include:

* Processing client transactions

* Incoming payments

* Outgoing payments

* Bills delivered / posting the bills and checking that the bills have been sent out to the clients.

* Credit notes

* Credit card payments for money on account and payment of bills delivered.

* Lodging disbursements / counsel fees invoices

About You

* Minimum two years previous experience in a law firm

* Knowledge and experience of Solicitors Accounts Rules

* Strong IT skills - including advanced use of Excel

* Experience using an internal accounting or practice management system - ideally, Partner for Windows (P4W).
