·      Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
·      Conduct cost analysis and risk assessments
·      Support contract negotiations
·      Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure cost-effective deliveryRequirements:
·      Degree in Quantity Surveying
·      Experience in Rail/ Civils Infrastructure
·      Strong knowledge of contracts and cost management
