What you will be doing:

* Answering incoming calls, actioning where possible and transferring as appropriate, always ensuring a professional manner and outstanding customer service experience is offered.

* Managing sales email Inbox, actioning where possible and forwarding where required

* Communicating important feedback from clients internally

* Raising and sending quotations. Converting to orders where applicable.

* Sales order and purchase order processing - ensuring data accuracy and efficiency in accordance with company procedures.

* Processing and analysing weekly sales reports to pass on to the relevant departments.

* Identifying direct orders weekly and highlighting these to Dispatch - ensuring a streamlined process

* Liaising with Dispatch team regarding customer deliveries and contacting the client accordingly .

* Creation and Processing of Contract Grown Orders- liaising with Production to ensure all details are recorded and attainable.

* Creation of inventory codes for direct and production lines - ensuring relevant information is accurate and up to date.

* Undertake a wide range of administrative tasks and duties using keyboard, office 365, Teams and strong IT skills.

* Processing payments and creating invoices.

* Photocopying, scanning and any other ad hoc administrative duties required by management
