Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking organized individual to help facilitate operations and paperwork within our fabrication department. This position is a integral part of our operation and acts as a gateway for all sales orders and production paperwork.

Responsibilities and Duties

This person will be responsible for managing day to day paperwork. Managing spreadsheets and inventories through an ERP systems. Must work well both with office and shop personnel. Purchasing and some customer service is also part of this position.

Qualifications and Skills

Must be strong with Microsoft Excel

ERP experience is a plus

Strong Organizational skills

Experience in Manufacturing is preferred but not required


Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage is available

Paid vacation after 90 days

401k with match after 1 year
