Legal Assistant - Residential Conveyancing

Salary: £25,000-£27,000
Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday (35 hours)
Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays

Looking to grow your legal career within a busy, friendly Residential Property team? We're seeking a motivated Legal Assistant with residential conveyancing experience to support fee earners and help keep transactions moving smoothly.

What you'll do

Prepare and follow up on quotes
Open new files and support the onboarding process
Review registration documents and report to clients and lenders
Update clients, agents and solicitors throughout the transaction
Manage incoming post and general admin
Work closely with fee earners to support day‑to‑day casework

What you'll bring

Experience in residential conveyancing or a legal setting
Strong organisation, accuracy and communication skills
