Optical Practice Manager - Role

Lead, direct and motivate the team
Help manage the day-to-day running of the practice
Setting and tracking of targets & KPI's
Set exemplary standards across all areas of the shop floor
Introduce and implement new ideas to help drive the business forward
Train existing and new members of staff on technical and customer service issues

Proven track record in leadership roles within the optical industry

Basic salary up to £35,000
Bonus potential upto £10,000
