Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Control:
• Receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming parts and materials. Storing items in designated locations, optimising space utilisation, and maintaining accurate inventory records using computer systems.
• Order Fulfilment:
• Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently, potentially using hand-held scanners.
• Stock Control:
• Conducting regular stock takes, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and returning unused components to stock.
• Material Handling:
• Safely handling parts and materials, ensuring they are stored correctly to maintain quality and accessibility.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Interacting with other departments (e.g., production, purchasing) to address stock issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Housekeeping:
• Maintaining a clean and organised work space, including designated storage areas, and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Work Schedules / Pay Rates;

• Working a fixed day shift from 08.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday
• £12.21 per hour basic
• £16.24 per hour after 7.65 hours worked daily.
• £18.32 per hour Saturdays
• £24.42 per hour Sundays and Bank Holidays
