We have a great opportunity for a Production Operative to join a busy and dynamic team, working to produce high-quality products to exact specifications. If you're reliable, hardworking and take pride in doing a job well, this could be the role for you!

About the Role:

As a Factory Operative, you'll be responsible for manufacturing and processing orders to the highest standards. You'll play a key part in ensuring all finished goods meet the company's strict quality guidelines and leave the factory on time. The role requires good attention to detail, a flexible approach to tasks, and the ability to work independently once trained.

Responsibilities include:

* Producing orders accurately and to high-quality standards

* Checking stock and reporting shortages or quality issues

* Ensuring all orders are dispatched to meet promised delivery dates

* Keeping your supervisor updated on order progress and any delays

* Maintaining strong product knowledge, especially with new systems

* Assisting in other areas of factory production when required

* Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and safe at all times

* Adhering to Health & Safety policies

* Taking part in scheduled stock takes and overtime when required

What we're looking for:

* Good levels of manual dexterity

* Ability to stand and lift during shifts

* A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

* Team player with the ability to work independently

* Good numeracy, literacy, and basic IT skills

* High attention to detail and a focus on quality

* Reliable and well-organised with strong time management
