Nursery Practitioner Level 3 | Up to £28,500
The nursery has been refurbished and is set up with separate rooms for each age group, with age-appropriate toys and resources in place, to provide an exciting learning journey. We’re looking for a Level 3 practitioner who can step in and deliver strong early years.

- Recent nursery experience is required, ideally in a similar setting.
- This role requires confident independent practice and accurate record keeping.

What You’ll Need
- Level 3 early years qualification (or equivalent)
- Recent experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Understanding of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
- Strong communication and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work independently and within a structured routine
Desirable
- Paediatric first aid qualification
What You’ll Do
- Deliver planned activities and child-led learning across the day
- Support children with routines including mealtimes, sleep, and personal care
- Complete observations, assessments, and learning journal updates
- Maintain room environment and ensure resources are organised and safe
- Communicate with parents at drop-off and collection
- Work with the team to set learning goals and track progress
