Waiter/Waitress

• Hourly Rate: £12.40

• Job Type: Seasonal, Part-time

We are seeking a Waitress/Barista to join a friendly team on a seasonal basis. This role is ideal for someone who is flexible and available for ad hoc cover, particularly on specific dates post-Easter. The successful candidate will be trained to handle both front of house (FOH) duties and barista responsibilities.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide exceptional customer service in a front of house capacity.
• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages as a trained barista.
• Ensure the dining and bar areas are clean, tidy, and well-presented.
• Assist in setting up for service, including arranging tables and stocking service areas.
• Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy.
• Work effectively under pressure during busy periods to maintain high service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work on odd Fridays post-Easter.
