Job Title: Warehouse Operative / VNA FLT Driver
Location: Ledbury
Contract Details:
- Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
- Working Pattern: 2 x 12 hour Day Shift 6am to 6pm & 2 x 12 hour Night Shift 6pm to 6am, followed by 5 days off
- Hourly Rate: £13.96 (Weekly Pay)
- Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate loading and unloading of goods, matching all relevant paperwork
- Report any suspicious activity related to company freight and assets
- Follow established procedures for storing and rotating stock
- Notify Warehouse Supervisors of any damaged or missing goods
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the warehouse environment
- Adhere to workplace health and safety rules when handling goods
- Ensure efficient operations by complying with operational procedures and schedules
- Assist with warehouse inventory controls using a hand-held scanner
- Handle materials and products with care and concern at all times
Essential (Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience):
- Must hold a current VNA FLT certificate
- Proven experience in a fast-paced storage and distribution environment
- Willingness to learn and ability to problem-solve
- Strong communication skills and a proactive team player
- Capability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
- Flexible approach to work
Desirable (Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience):
- Additional relevant qualifications or certifications
- Basic computer literacy is required; training on specific systems will be provided.
