Group Head of IT

Package - up to £80,000 DOE

Atkinson Moss are privileged to be working exclusively with The Jarrold Group in their search for a Group Head of IT. Whilst Jarrolds may be best known for their wonderful stores, their operations extend to property, facilities management, training and logistics services. As a group, they have never stopped evolving, and this role will play a pivotal part in the continuation of that.

Across their businesses the mission is to provide an 'unrivalledexperience’ in everything they do, including the internal provision of IT and support service. The role will see you providing overall IT governance and support to all divisions. Oversee the infrastructure and engineering teams ensuring systems/applications are running and accessible throughout a busy retail schedule. Your expertise in project management will be invaluable when planning future development as The Jarrold Group look to make some crucial technical strides.

Skills:

• Computing Degree or relevant experience
• Computing certification in Project Management (PRINCE2, Agile)
• Core understanding across infrastructure, development/applications and data
• ePOS systems (Desirable)
• ERP Project experience

Ultimately, this role will be defined by an individual who can lead a dedicated IT team and improve the strong foundations of an IT department that are fundamental to Jarrolds continued success.
