Are you looking for an uplifting and rewarding role working with children who require extra care and support within their learning environment?
Are you a compassionate person who is looking for a new challenge?
Our partner school based in King's Lynn is looking to appoint a SEMH Teaching assistant to join them ASAP. The role will require you to work 1:1 with a pupil presenting with social and emotional behavioural needs, as well as mental health needs. The School is wildly supported within the local community and offers a range of further developmental activities.
The role will require an enthusiastic individual with a good understanding of SEMH and the Autism Spectrum. You must maintain an understanding and have a compassionate approach to pupils and their needs and abilities. Experience in another similar role is essential, dealing with impulsive behaviours whilst being supportive. Qualifications within SEN would be an advantage.
