You’ll be part of a tight-knit, compassionate team who support residents with everything from accessing health services to filling in forms. You’ll help people set goals, overcome challenges and feel hopeful about the future, even on the tough days.

What you’ll do:
- Offer practical and emotional support tailored to each person’s needs
- Help residents develop life skills and take positive steps forward
- Assist with key working, personal support planning and regular reviews
- Work closely with healthcare and community services
- Support the day-to-day running of the unit including safety checks, calls and referrals
- Be part of a rota covering days, evenings, weekends and occasional overnights
What you’ll need:
- A calm, practical approach and the ability to build trust with others
- Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
- Basic IT skills and a willingness to learn
- Ideally, experience in social care (but we can support you to grow into the role)
- An SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or a willingness to work towards it
What you’ll get:
- A supportive team environment where your contribution is truly valued
- Ongoing training and development
- The chance to be part of something genuinely meaningful
