A genuinely exciting Credit Control/ Accounts Assistant position has arisen with the well-established contract cleaning company. They are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant (with experience of credit control) that can assist with supporting the finance team with raising invoices, chasing payments, transaction processing to join their team. If you have at least 2 years' experience working within a Credit Control or Accounts Department, please apply ASAP.

LOCATION: You will work from an office in the Bounds Green area of North London, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

SALARY: £25,000 as a basic salary with another £2000 in bonuses paid out quarterly, 20 days annual leave and company pension.

This company sells a wide range of contract cleaning service to offices, the education sector, hospitality sector and retailer etc.

As Finance Assistant you will be tasked with supporting the Finance Department with tasks such as raising invoices, chases outstanding payments and invoices (by phone and email), credit control, bank reconciliations, transaction processing and bank posting.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 12 months experience working within an Accounts Department and credit control experience, you will have an eye for detail, confident telephone manner, knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office. If this sounds of interest, please apply ASAP.
