SEN Teacher - Gorton:

We are currently seeking an experienced, qualified SEN teacher to join a large provision in the Gorton area ASAP. The school supports pupils aged between 11-19 with complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience teaching within a SEN school and hold qualified teacher status (QTS).

The Role:

Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to pupils with diverse needs
Contributing to a safe and engaging learning environment
Working collaboratively with other staff members and external agencies
Supporting EHCP implementation and progress reviewsPosition Details:

Position: SEN Teacher
Location: Gorton
Type of Work: Temporary/Temp to Perm
Full time only
Minimum Rate of Pay: £200 per day, depending on experience
Start date: ASAP
End date: OngoingExperience, Training & Qualifications:

Up to date safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential for this position
Previous experience teaching within SEN
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two yearsOTHER
