Due to expansion of their fleet & services & promotions, we are now looking for a Fleet Engineering Manager to help strengthen their engineering team.

The Duties of the Workshop Manager will include;

Ensure that all company vehicles  meet the high standards of the business
Provide reactive and planned maintenance on a company vehicles
Manage the workshop effectively
Maintain all equipment
Manage & supervisor the team
Recruitment, disciplines & team rewards
Ensure all vehicles comply to health and safety legislations

Proven experience working in a commercial vehicle mechanic
Proven experience managing a team of mechanics
