We're urgently looking for compassionate, experienced Support Workers or Carers to join a dedicated team at a Children's Residential Home in Redruth. This full-time role is focused on providing consistent, high-quality care for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them feel safe, supported, and empowered to thrive.

As part of an established, welcoming team, you'll play a vital role in the daily lives of young residents with a range of needs. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential for a permanent role for the right individual.

What We're Looking For:
We'd love to hear from candidates who:

Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service

Have experience supporting children or vulnerable adults in care or educational settings

Have completed training in moving and handling

Can commit to full-time hours on an ongoing basis
