Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organised Logistics Coordinator to join our fast-paced logistics team. This is a great opportunity for a driven Logistics Coordinator with experience in transport and supply chain operations.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will manage customer orders, plan and track shipments, and ensure goods move efficiently from A to B via road, air, or hand carry. The successful Logistics Coordinator will be detail-oriented, confident communicating with customers and suppliers, and able to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer enquiries and orders via phone/email
Book, track, and coordinate shipments
Source and liaise with transport suppliers
Provide quotes and customer updates
Ensure jobs are completed, documented, and invoiced accurately
Communicate with warehouse and internal teams
Maintain accurate system data and meet KPIsAbout You:

Experience in logistics/transport (European planning ideal)
Strong organisation and communication skills
Able to prioritise and meet deadlines in a busy environment
Experience with load optimisation/consolidation (desirable)Hours & Benefits:
