Our client is an establised Main Contractor that specialises in commercial, industrial and life sciences developements, and has recently won a £30m D&B scheme that requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the project team.

You require the following experience and skills:

Experience of commercially managing projects circa £20 - £30m
Experience with design & build form of contract
Can take projects from procurement stage through to final account
Can financially manage the contract both upstream and downstream.
Can produce accurate cost reporting information.
Resolve any potential disputes before they go contractual.
Develop a strong working relationship with the client that could lead to repeat business.
Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying
