Aftersales & Warranty Coordinator
Location: Horley, Oxfordshire (OX15 6BN)
Type: Full-time, Office-based (occasional travel may be required)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and customer-focused Aftersales & Warranty Coordinator to join a specialist vehicle team. This role is key in supporting the sales function while taking ownership of the aftersales and warranty processes to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary contact for all aftersales enquiries, including warranty bookings, repairs, parts, and accessory requests

*

Manage the full warranty claim process: submit and monitor claims, liaise with suppliers and manufacturers, and maintain accurate records

*

Coordinate service and repair appointments, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups

*

Maintain up-to-date customer and warranty databases

*

Provide administrative support related to vehicle handovers and associated documentation

*

Assist with compliance submissions and quality-related reports

*

Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to internal processes

*

Work closely with workshop and office teams to support smooth daily operations

*

Prepare aftersales-related reports for internal use

Ideal Candidate:

*

Previous experience in aftersales, warranty coordination or customer service, preferably within the automotive, engineering, or technical sectors

*

Excellent administrative and organisational abilities, with a high level of accuracy

*

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-first attitude

*

Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems is an advantage

*

Technically minded, with the ability to interpret basic technical information (desirable)

*

Positive, solution-focused approach and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
